Meadow Valley Farm

WELCOME!!
Established in 2009, our lovely 20 acre Family Farm rests in the peaceful Moapa Valley, 50 miles north of Las Vegas, on I-15.

The 2 acre Garden area boasts of generous outside crop yards, pomegranate bushes, fruit trees, and large Hoop Houses filled with rows of year-round, naturally-grown, seasonal vegetables, herbs and flowers. NO chemicals or pesticides are ever used!! We practice regenerative gardening methods by putting the goat and chicken manure in compost piles, along with the green waste of plant materials. When ready, this rich, microbial-active soil is returned to the garden to nutrify the plants.

The fenced animal sections safely protect egg-laying and meat Chickens, Milk Goats, and Pigs. Furry Cat friends roam freely.

Nutrient rich well water is pumped from 60 feet below the ground, to holding tanks, then gravity fed through drip tape lines for crop irrigation.

Each week, current crops are gently hand-harvested and lovingly hand-prepared in the Washing Station, and kept fresh in our Cold Room (extra large walk-in refrigerator, built by Bryce) then carefully transported to the Farmer’s Market in Las Vegas. Friends and community members meet us there to shop for healthy, fresh, locally grown, better-than-organic Farm crops, Eggs and other specialty foods.

The remaining Eighteen acres are beautifully green with alfalfa or grass fields cultivated by neighboring Farmers under lease.
